Irish Day at Emerald Downs
Irish Day has great history at Emerald Downs as the Irish Day Stakes has been run every year from the year the track opened in 1996.
We’ll have live music and Irish Dancers between the races this year.
Two $50k stakes races on the racetrack during the day.:The Seattle Slew and Irish Day Stakes.
Sippin Fire won the 2018 Seattle Slew.
Come see the beautiful horses up close on a lovely summer day with a gorgeous view of Mt. Rainier. Bring cash for the concession stands or bring a picnic. (Non-alcoholic beverages that are factory sealed only and no glass containers are permitted.)
Cost: Admission is $9 per adult, visitors 17 years and under are free. With a Military I.D., admission is free.
Parking: Parking in the General Area is free, $10 to park in the Preferred Area, or $15 for valet parking.
