The Pacific Northwest’s appetite for specialty beers and the craft beverage culture is thriving in Auburn.
The Washington State Food Truck Association has partnered with Scamp Brewery and Tap Room and CRFT Beers to bring a variety of food truck menu options from local business owners. Scamp (at 402 16th St. NE) will have a schedule for food trucks to participate on Thursdays through Saturdays.

GEAUX BREWERY
Just in time for Auburn Days in August, Geaux Brewery is bringing the tastes of SW Louisiana to Auburn. A family-friendly restaurant, brew house, New Orleans-themed taproom and kitchen will sit on 7,000-square-feet of space between Parker Paints and Cascade Beauty College. Other than its culinary offerings, Geaux’s most remarkable feature is a 55-foot, inch-and-a-half-thick, cypress wood-topped bar with a corrugated, rustic metal front. The wood was cut from an 800-year-old cypress tree near the waters of the Louisiana Bayou and has been drying out in a Louisiana kiln since May. 425 E Main St, Auburn
SCHILLING CIDER
The Schilling Cider Tasting Room is at the heart of their manufacturing facility at 4402 D Street. There, visitors enjoy tasting draft ciders while the more adventurous cider enthusiasts sip on one of their exclusive or limited releases, all while kicking back with a game of pool or getting their "cider nerd" on with the bartender. 4402 D St NW #101, Auburn
Cheers!
